 OK, you've probably read a million different phrases of the term 'burn fat' by now - Shred fat, torch fat, strip fat... They all mean the same thing. And thats what our bootcamps are known best for!

  We arent just fitness instructors, we use our knowledge as personal trainers to get the results YOU want, without feeding you all the additional jargon. There are no secret formulas or exercises garenteed to give you the best results. Infact the only real way is through a well thought out training programme covering all aspects of fitness. Session Breakdown


1. Boxercise
Beginner

Description: An exciting introduction to boxercise outlining basic punching technique and footwork. Some light cardio with various games. Great for anyone looking to kickstart their fitness programme or just generally relieve some stress after a hard days work!

Focus: Fatloss, Cardio Fitness, Boxercise technique.

2. Cardio Vs Resistance Relays

Description:  A fullfilling bodyweight session garenteed to get your blood pumping! Combining Cardiovascular and resistance exercises, this workout focuses on stripping fat and toning muscle. Teamwork involved.

Focus: Fatloss, Cardio fitness, Upper/lower body strength, Teamwork.

Difficulty level: 6-10

3. Circuits

Description:  Using a variety of equipment, working the whole body, ensuring your muscles get maximum benefits from both cardio and resistance exercises. Equipment used: Resistance bands, kettlebells, Fitbar, Ropes, Dumbells, Medicine Balls, Speed Chutes, Drill ladders, etc.

Focus: Fatloss, Cardio Fitness, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance.

Difficulty level: 6-10

4. Boxercise Intermediate

Description: A mixture of  boxing combinations and timed games giving clients a chance to experience a fun yet demanding workout. Unleash the 'Tyson' within you!

Focus: Fatloss, Muscle toning, Arm Strength, Agility/Co-ordination.

5. Legs & Bums

Description: A physically demanding workout, focusing purely on your lower body. This workout is designed to to strengthen and tone the major muscles in the lower legs.  bums (glutes), thighs (quads, hamstrings) and lower legs (calves).

Focus: Muscle tone, Muscle endurance, Lower body strength, Flexibility.

6. Bodyweight Cardio

Description: Without the use of any equipment this workout will get you heart rate pumping with exciting, fast paced exercises. We use a range of bodyweight exercises known to boost your metabolism which in turn will burn away your fat stores. This session involves bodyweight circuits and drills that will work your arms, legs, and core all in one go.

Focus: Fatloss, Cardio Fitness

7. Relays

Description: Another fast pace session designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness with added bodyweight resistance exercises to help develop muscle, making you leaner. This session also incorporates interval relays which is known to give an after-burn effect even after your workout is finished.

Focus: Fatloss, Cardio Fitness.

8. Boxercise Advanced

Description: A technical yet intense boxercise workout involving lots of killer combo's garenteed to get you sweating and burning calories! This session is great for toning the arms whilst reducing bodyfat at the same time. Also great for relieving stress after a hard day at work!

Focus: Fatloss, Muscle toning, Arm Strength, Agility/Co-ordination.

9. Partner Circuits

Description: Enjoy the intensity of circuits whilst working with a partner to get through each timed station. Push you harder, compete with your partner to bring the best out of you and feeling good along the way!

Focus: Fatloss, Cardio Fitness, Team work.

10. Upper/Lower Body Resistance

Description: Using a technique called Peripheral Heart Action (PHA) this workout will ensure your heart is worked to the max. Combining upper body and lower body exercises, you will need to work harder to meet the physical demands that you will be pushed to.

Focus: Fatloss, Cardio Fitness, Upper / Lower Body Strength.

11. Ropes And Resistance

Description: Using the latest training exercise: rope training, you will experience a workout you have never felt before. An amazing cardio workout that will burn out your arms from rope slams and pre-exhausting your muscles with resistance bands.

Focus: Fatloss, Cardio Fitness, muscular Endurance, Team work.

12. Assault Course

Description: The final workout of the programme. Max intensity yet maxi fun! Enjoy the use of kettlebells, sprinting chutes, fitbars and many of the latest exercises proven to blitz your physique and shred fat! Garenteed to make you come back for more!

Focus: All aspects of fitness: fatloss, toning, muscular strength/endurance, power, core stabiliy, agility
